What Caroline can do for you...

Caroline is a complementary therapist who has practiced a variety of healing techniques over a period of 8 years. She now concentrates on practicing colonic hydrotherapy coupled with massage and dietary advice.

Her areas of interest include the use of various detoxification techniques including naturopathic colonic hydrotherapy, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and other disciplines to improve digestive issues, skin problems, sluggish metabolisms and other physical and psychological imbalances.

The colon is a highly absorbent organ covered in tiny capillaries. If it isn’t functioning well, it is likely that toxins may be re absorbed into the blood stream and deposited back into bodily cells. This can create autointoxication, and may aggravate many varied symptoms as mentioned above.

Colonic hydrotherapy gently washes the colon clean helping to relieve such symptoms, and get to the root of many varied and seemingly unrelated issues. These include obvious conditions such as IBS, constipation and diarrhoea etc, and the not so obvious ones like headaches, sluggishness, skin conditions and depression.

Key qualifications

ARCH Diploma in Naturopathic Colonic hydrotherapy.
ITEC Complementary Therapy Diploma which includes Diet & Nutritional Advice, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Deep tissue.
Reiki 1 & 2
ITEC Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage therapy.
Currently studying Nutritional Therapy at the University of Westminster
Member of ARCH (the Association of Registered Colonic Hydrotherapists).
Member of CThA (Complementary Therapists Association).
Regulated by the GNC (General Naturopathic Council).

Philosophy

Colonic hydrotherapy, whether used to relieve symptoms, or for general maintenance, has yielded amazing results for myself and for many of my clients. Colon management is a much underestimated area as far as health is concerned, and, after helping me clear my own eczema is one I will continue to champion.
